2021 Trust Election Results

We are pleased to announce that a resolution to ratify the election of three new members to the Robins Trust board will be made at our AGM on December 9.

After the conclusion of the nominations period on Thursday, October 28, we had received four completed applications from Trust members.

These have been ratified by our independent election scrutineer and as the number of available spaces (11) exceeds the applications, there will be no need for a formal election.

Therefore, a motion will go to the AGM to ratify the election of new board members Adam Bignall, Chris Coleman and Sam Lear.

They will join long-standing board member Leo Hoenig who was standing for re-election by rotation.

All four will stand for a two-year election period and join James Young, Dave Beesley, Jenny Hancock, John Cooper and Jaimie Henderson as Trust board members.

Notice of the AGM and the items for discussion will be sent to members, and posted on the Trust's media channels on Thursday, November 11.
