The Robins Trust AGM and fans forum, which will take place on Thursday, December 9, will now be held online only.
The Trust board have taken the decision in light of two members of the Trust board recently contracting Covid-19 and our chair currently in self-isolation.
We had hoped to be able to hold the event in person, but have taken the
decision so as to mitigate against any risk when an online event has proven to
be successful in the past.
The AGM and fans forum will still take place via Zoom, with members of the Cheltenham Town board and manager Michael Duff invited to take part.
The Trust inviting members to submit questions in advance to email@example.com in order to help speed along proceedings, although it will still be possible to ask questions on the night itself.
Full details, including log-in details will be posted on the Trust’s website on Wednesday.
The AGM will start at 8pm with the fans forum expected to start by around 8.15pm.
