Important: Robins Trust Members – FA Cup 3rd Round Ticket Priority

The Club have now announced the ticket arrangements for the FA Cup 3rd round tie with Leicester City. Robins Trust members who aren't season ticket holders or travel club members are in the second stage and will be able to purchase tickets from 10:00 on Tuesday 23rd December.

The Club have asked the Robins Trust to provide a final list of Trust members by 13:00 on Friday 19th December. This list will be used to determine eligibility for priority access to FA Cup tickets for the Leicester City fixture. We apologise for the short notice, but the process required testing and set up to ensure that it would be robust.

To ensure you are included, all members are asked to check that their name and email address held by the Robins Trust are correct and up to date. These details will be used to match members for the priority ticket process.

As part of this process, the Trust will need to share a limited amount of member data (First name, surname and email address only) with the Club’s ticket providers. The Club and the ticket providers have an appropriate privacy policy in place and the data will be used solely for ticketing purposes.

If you already have a ticketing account with the Club, associated with your name and email address, this will then be tagged to note that you are a current Trust member. If no existing ticketing account is found, then a new one will be set up for this round of tickets.

If any member does not wish for their name and email address to be shared as part of this process, please contact the Trust at info@robinstrust.org no later than 13:00 on Friday 19th December. Members who opt out will not be eligible for priority access to tickets via this scheme.
