Wigan have allocated Robins supporters seats in the North Stand.

We always encourage our supporters to purchase in advance wherever possible, advance away tickets are unable to be produced digitally and so physical tickets must be collected/posted.

Any tickets not collected from the Completely-Suzuki Stadium by the morning of 23rd February will be taken to the DW Stadium for collection on the day from the Main Ticket Office (located between the West and North (Away) stands).

VISITING SUPPORTERS NORTH STAND

The North Stand is home to visiting team supporters, and also houses the Marquee Suite, a free-to-enter match day bar for away fans which is open for most fixtures at the DW Stadium. You will be able to buy hot and cold drinks and food, and watch football on the big screen. Away supporters may position flags in selected areas of the North Stand, however flags must not have poles attached and must not obscure sponsors’ advertising banners.

SUPPORTERS WITH SPECIFIC NEEDS

Wigan Athletic is committed to providing our supporters and guests with an inclusive and enjoyable experience. Below are some examples of what we provide. If there is anything that is not listed below that we can assist you with, then please do not hesitate to contact Louise Peet in the DW Stadium ticket office on 01942 770412, or email l.peet@dwstadium.com Each stand at the DW Stadium has two designated accessible platforms in excellent positions with catering and toilet facilities available, lifts to each concourse and direct access to the platforms. These platforms are designated for supporters, who use a wheelchair, with personal assistant seats allocated alongside the platforms. Additional wheelchair and disabled facilities are available at the front of the West Stand. A personal assistant, if needed, will be issued with a ticket at the club’s discretion on completion of a disability registration form. The club makes provision for disabled supporter car parking on the adjacent Robin Park Arena, close to turnstiles and entry points to the stadium. Match commentary facilities are available for visually impaired supporters, in specific areas of the DW Stadium. Headsets are available for a fully refundable deposit of £10.

OUTSIDE THE STADIUM

The DW Stadium was built on a large area of open land which means that it is not overly crowded walking around the stadium on match days. Occasionally during the season, events will be held outside prior to matches. Check wiganathletic.com for the latest details.

ACCESSIBILITY

The Club has a limited number of designated disabled parking spaces and the area surrounding the DW Stadium does not have any particularly steep gradients for disabled supporters to consider. We have designated space for two coaches with disabled supporters on board, which are 50m from the DW Stadium perimeter. Any disabled coaches must pre-book as early as possible.

SHOPS, RESTAURANTS AND PUBS

The DW Stadium is positioned adjacent to Robin Retail Park, which is home to several large stores including Currys PC World, Next, Boots, Smyths Toys, Argos and Pets at Home. Within Next is a Costa Coffee café, whilst Burger King, KFC and Subway are at the far side of the retail park. The Red Robin pub is approx. 500 yards from the stadium and is welcoming to all supporters, but is used mainly by fans of the visiting club.

CATERING

Wigan Athletic and the DW Stadium have partnered with Heineken for provision of our beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. The result is a wide and varied product range, guest ales and food options, a focus on customer service and investment on facilities throughout the concourses and hospitality facilities.

TICKET OFFICE

If you have any queries on the day of a game, or wish to purchase tickets for the match being played that day, the main ticket office is in the North West corner of the stadium.

VISITING SUPPORTERS BAR

The Marquee Suite in the North Stand is a free-to-enter match day bar for away fans which is open for most fixtures at the DW Stadium. You will be able to buy hot and cold drinks and food, and watch football on the big screen.

CLUB SHOP

The Club Shop can be found at the north side of the West Stand, stocking replica kit, training and leisure wear, as well as pocket money items for youngsters. Match day programmes may be purchased from sellers positioned in locations outside the stadium as you approach.

CASH MACHINES

The nearest cash machine is a 5 minute walk away from the DW Stadium, located outside the Argos store on Robin Retail Park, marked on the adjacent map with a

SAFETY NOTICES

Above every turnstile, there are lists of items which are not permitted inside the DW Stadium. Please note that it is an offence to have any of those items in your possession inside the stadium. The stadium staff and / or police may take action against you.

SAFEGUARDING

Wigan Athletic Football Club is committed to safeguarding those who are under the club’s care or utilising its facilities. Any safeguarding concerns should be reported to a steward or member of staff who will refer the matter to a member of our safeguarding team. WIGAN ATHLETIC FAMILY ZONE

Located under the East Stand the Family Zone is open to all supporters both home and away an hour and a half before kick off at every weekend fixture. Free to enter activities on offer include: Football competitions, X-Box computers, pool, table football, face painting and the even the chance to meet Wigan Athletic first team players. Refreshments are available with free tea and coffee for adults and free fruit for youngsters. All children must be accompanied by an adult. The Family Zone also incorporates The Game Zone, home to games consoles allowing younger fans to pit their wits against fellow fans and sometimes even first team players.

INSIDE THE STADIUM

A NO SMOKING STADIUM

Smoking of cigarettes and e-cigarettes anywhere in the stadium is not permitted. All supporters who wish to smoke or use e-cigarettes can exit the DW Stadium, using the designated gates and with the directions of stewards. Supporters need to ensure that they have their match tickets with them to ensure re-entry.

CONCOURSE CATERING

Once the turnstiles open, food and drink is available from kiosks throughout the concourses.

CONCOURSE TELEVISION

TV screens are situated throughout the DW Stadium, showing live TV and a range of information regarding Wigan Athletic and the match day ahead.

CONCOURSE BETTING

Betting is available from approximately 90 minutes before the game from the kiosks located at each end of the concourse.

MATCH DAY PROGRAMME

Wigan Athletic produce a match programme for every match at the DW Stadium. The match programme is on sale from approximately 90 minutes before the game from the yellow mobile kiosks outside the DW Stadium, and inside the Supporters Bar. The match programme is priced at £3.00.

BABY CHANGING FACILITIES

Baby changing facilities can be found in every concourse of the stadium for supporters in the stands, and also in certain hospitality areas.

PUBS AWAY FROM THE STADIUM

The traditional pub for away fans visiting the DW stadium is the Red Robin, which is only a few minutes walk away from the ground opposite the Cinema Complex.
