Robins Trust Christmas 2025 Charity Food Collection

— 2 minute read

The Robins Trust will be once-again co-ordinating a charity food collection in the run up to Christmas.

For the second year running, we would like to support a charity very close to home.

The Cornerstone Centre in Whaddon Road is a local community based charity who offer a wide range of services and support to the local community and is largely run by a host of dedicated volunteers.

As well as friendship and support, the centre offers counselling services, a range of activities, growth and development support for children and families. They have a charity shop and offer lunches in a sociable and friendly environment. In addition, they organise a weekly food pantry which is similar to a food bank, where those in need can supplement their weekly groceries for a small donation. The food pantry relies on donations of food, toiletries, baby foods and nappies to operate.

This year’s Robins Trust Christmas food collection will support the Cornerstone food pantry.

We will be operating a special collection point before the home game against Harrogate on Saturday, December 13th, by the ticket office in the main car park.

Alternatively, donations can be dropped into the CTFC ticket office during their opening hours between December 8th and 13th.

Please visit the Cornerstone website https://www.cornerstonecentre.org.uk to see the amazing work they do and use the link to their Just Giving page if you would like to donate: https://www.justgiving.com/charity/stmichaelscornerstone

Just one small item, it can make a huge difference to someone else in our community.

Useful items include the following:

  • Breakfast cereal
  • Coffee and tea
  • UHT milk
  • Baked beans
  • Pasta sauce/cooking sauce
  • Custard
  • Biscuits
  • Squash/fruit juice
  • Spaghetti
  • Tinned mixed vegetables
  • Chocolates and mince pies
  • Christmas treats would be wonderful too!

All items donated will be gratefully received. The generosity of Cheltenham Town Fans has been greatly appreciated since we started this annual Christmas Food donation 4 years ago.

Many thanks for helping to support the local community.

Happy Christmas from The Robins Trust.
