Update following the Open Letter regarding Communications from the Club to fans

We have received an update from the Club Board following their Board Meeting on 19th September 2025. At that meeting, Dave Beesley, the Robins Trust Appointed Director, expanded further on the content of the open letter published by the Trust on 17th September, and provided further detail on the nature and extent of concern from fans about communication from the Club.

The Club Board of Directors acknowledged these concerns and recognise the importance of improving communication and engagement with supporters. The Club Board discussed how immediate improvements can be implemented. They provided assurances regarding the Club’s commitment to raise communication and engagement to the standard required of a modern EFL club.

We are satisfied that the Club Board are now taking this issue seriously and look forward to the improved frequency and depth of communication provided to fans.
